The Children's Reserve Fund covers emergency needs for children that cannot be covered by the child's sponsorship.

All contributions are made with the understanding that Horizon has complete control over the use of these donated funds in compliance with Internal Revenue Service requirements. We make every effort to honor donation designations. In certain circumstances, where the project is overfunded or cannot be carried out, the funds will be utilized for similar projects.
